More about us

  • Fellow Fungi Farm is a sustainable mushroom farm focused on regenerative practices, soil health and the betterment of the immediate community around us.

The farm produces culinary and functional mushrooms, chickens and ducks.

In addition, Dana Olsen, is the baker behind Sacred Hearts Goods.

  • Adaptogenic, immunomodulating polysaccharides that have been esteemed for millennia for their healing properties. Studies have lauded their cancer fighting abilities and neural regenerative effects.

We sell Lion’s Mane powder, Reishi powder, Reishi Elixir, and Cordyceps Militaris.

  • We offer weekly and seasonal fresh and dried mushroom varieties, chicken and duck eggs, mushroom spice blends, and Sacred Hearts bread. See our events calendar for Markets or buy online!

  • Mycologist and Grower, Cian Olsen, can come to your property and consult on techniques and best practices for your fungal goals. Project fees are subject to scope. Please reach out to discuss desires, needs, and options!

  • Gastronomic delights are another way we express our love of mycology and bond with our friends…try one, especially, if you don’t think you like mushrooms.

We take an oyster or lion’s mane mushroom and batter it in farm eggs and Sacred Hearts’ Pan Cubano crumbs, fry it and serve on a sourdough brioche bun with house made Yum-Yum sauce. We also make mushroom nuggets!
